Michele Gambetta, founder
Helping artists, creative business-owners and freelancers buy or sell property is Michele’s professional passion. Creative buyers often have more challenges and Michele is inspired to help them confidently make one of the most important decisions of their life.
Born and raised in NYC, with more than 20 years’ experience working in commercial and residential real estate, Michele brings a wealth of knowledge to every transaction. She is empathetic and understanding, but also results-driven. She advocates fiercely for her clients and their best interests.
Michele brings her experience and market knowledge to help her clients gain a competitive advantage in NYC’s aggressive marketplace. Buying, selling and leasing commercial property can be stressful, and Michele works with clients one-on-one, bringing multiple resources to help buyers and sellers become more informed about the process. More of a guide than a salesperson, Michele believes in the importance of listening closely, and makes her clients her number one priority. She takes great satisfaction in helping people achieve their professional, lifestyle and financial real estate goals.
Michele has a Certificate in Real Estate Finance and Investment from Schack Institute at NYU, and is a Certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert from National Association of Realtors. She has a Master of Fine Art from School of Visual Arts, a Bachelor of Fine Arts and Presidential Scholarship from School of Art Institute of Chicago, and is the founder of ArtCondo.
