  • We have developed a structure for artists' Sweat Equity contributions.
  • We will begin fundraising for ArtCondo Foundation and Foundation spaces.

next steps

Our next steps include actively mobilizing the existing groups and inviting mortgage brokers/bankers to speak to the group so everyone interested in purchasing immediately can begin to prepare and learn the steps to pre-qualification. We are hoping to kick off the real estate transaction by the beginning of 2015. Please stay tuned and don't forget to follow us on Social Media!
