next steps

Our next steps include actively mobilizing the existing groups and inviting mortgage brokers/bankers to speak to the group so everyone interested in purchasing immediately can begin to prepare and learn the steps to pre-qualification. We are hoping to kick off the real estate transaction by the beginning of 2015. Please stay tuned and don't forget to follow us on Social Media!

If you would like to become part of The ArtCondo Foundation, your attendance at meetings is vital. Please email Michele at mgambetta@artcondo.com to be included in monthly meeting mailings.

We are working to help artists, arts non-profits and art-related businesses purchase commercial spaces to work in and residential town homes to live in. Our upcoming non-profit, the ArtCondo Foundation, will provide artists, arts organizations and other cultural stakeholders with more affordable and cost-subsidized working spaces for teaching, music, theatre, dance, photography, green roofs, and other creative enterprises across NYC's five boroughs.
