A lot has been going on as we prepare for the Bronx property purchase and continue with architectural plans, the financial process, and the overall workings of ArtCondo. Things are moving forward well, and we will be back in touch with upcoming meetings, sweat equity opportunities, and exploratory brainstorming sessions to determine what people really want and to forge additional purchasing and ownership models.
