HAPPY SPRING FROM ARTCONDO! ArtCondo is moving forward and we are currently looking at 2 different properties! One is in East New York, BROOKLYN and the other is in Mott Haven, SOUTH BRONX. We are discussing different live/work and work-space models to address everyone's divergent needs, and we're hoping you can also jump in with your real estate interests/needs to help us decide which location and approach would be better. ArtCondo LLC is a Brooklyn-based community-focused real estate initiative created to help creative professionals purchase and develop buildings throughout the NYC area, in partnership with neighborhood residents.
