ArtCondo started as an artists’ project based in the realities of New York City real estate, co-founded by Michele Gambetta, a photographer and licensed NYS real estate agent, and Matthew Fletcher, a painter. ArtCondo leverages market realities and professional real estate expertise for the benefit of creative workers and creative communities. As an artist-founded business, we deeply care about artists and equity. We value sustainability and helping creative entrepreneurs buy into neighborhoods they work in. We believe there are long-term benefits for artists and neighborhoods, when (creative) workers are able to purchase the space they work in - gaining equity and stability - instead of renting.
