ArtCondo specializes in helping artists, creative businesses and nonprofits realize their space needs – whether for purchasing raw commercial work spaces, large commercial warehouses, live/work lofts, residential co-ops, condos and townhomes, or timeshares for creative businesses that want to keep a presence in NYC. We understand the unique problems self-employed people and creative businesses have getting mortgages and purchasing space, and we actively work with creative buyers to maximize their buying potential.
